In the Philippines, oil companies are preparing for mixed adjustments in pump prices. According to the Department of Energy-Oil Industry Management Bureau, diesel prices may see a decrease ranging from PHP 0.20 to PHP 0.40 per liter.
On the other hand, gasoline prices are expected to rise by PHP 0.25 to PHP 0.45 per liter, while kerosene prices might remain stable or increase by PHP 0.10 per liter.
This announcement follows a recent increase in diesel and kerosene prices, ending a four-week streak of price rollbacks. These price adjustments, to be officially announced on Monday, will take effect on Tuesday.
