Puregold Reports 18.9% Rise in Net Income

Puregold Price Club, Inc. (PGOLD) reported an 18.9% increase in net income from ₱6.77 billion in 2019 to ₱8.05 billion in 2020.

Unaudited, consolidated net sales are reported to be ₱168.8 billion, a 9.2% increase.

73% of net sales comes from the Puregold Stores network, while 27% comes from S&R Membership warehouse clubs and S&R New York Style Pizza stores.

Lucio Co, the Chairman, said, “Our company has achieved a record-breaking year in 2020 despite a lot of challenges due to the Covid-19 pandemic.”
