Seafood City, a Filipino supermarket and restaurant chain based in North America, has launched a digital marketplace app called SFC+. The app aims to enhance the experience of overseas Filipino customers and their families back home by offering access to Filipino products, bill payment services, remittances, and investment opportunities.
Seafood City, known for serving Filipino communities in the US and Canada, introduced SFC+ as a hub for top Filipino brands, including partnerships with companies like SM Group, Philippine Airlines, and BDO Unibank. The app features services such as zero-fee remittances, bill payments, discounted subscriptions, and even the ability to invest in real estate in the Philippines.
Seafood City has 38 stores in North America and plans to expand to Europe, the Middle East, and Asia.
