Smart Warns of Intermittent Services for Luzon Customers

Smart Communications Inc., the wireless arm of PLDT, issued an advisory on Friday informing customers in Luzon about intermittent voice, SMS, and data services.

In a social media post, the telco acknowledged that “some customers in parts of Luzon may experience intermittent services.” Smart assured the public that efforts are underway to restore normal operations as quickly as possible.

This issue follows a similar disruption reported last week, which the company attributed to a power-related problem affecting its signal.
