PAL Launches Daily Flights Between Manila and Cauayan

Philippine Airlines (PAL) has inaugurated its new daily flight service connecting Manila and Cauayan City in Isabela province, addressing the growing demand for faster air travel in the region.

The new route, which officially launched on January 15, caters to residents of Isabela, Nueva Vizcaya, and Quirino provinces seeking improved air access to the Philippine capital.

Flight Schedule

PAL’s daily Manila-Cauayan-Manila service operates as follows:

  • PR 2018 (Manila to Cauayan): Departs Manila at 1:25 PM, arrives in Cauayan at 2:30 PM.
  • PR 2019 (Cauayan to Manila): Departs Cauayan at 3:25 PM, arrives in Manila at 4:40 PM.

Convenience and Connectivity

PAL president and COO Stanley Ng highlighted the importance of the route in reducing travel time and boosting connectivity.

“The opening of the Manila-Cauayan service expands our domestic route network, cutting travel time to Manila from the current 10-hour land journey to just one hour,” said Ng.

The service not only shortens travel time but also supports the economic and tourism growth of Isabela and nearby provinces.
