Fuel Prices to Increase on Tuesday, February 18

Motorists will face higher fuel prices this week as major oil companies announced a pump price hike effective Tuesday, February 18, 2025.

Price Adjustments Per Liter:

Gasoline ⬆️ ₱0.80
Diesel ⬆️ ₱0.80

Oil Companies Implementing the Increase:

Caltex, Seaoil, Shell, Cleanfuel, and Petro Gazz
✔ Adjustments take effect at 6:00 AM (except for Cleanfuel at 4:01 PM)

Reason for the Increase

Global tensions: Middle East conflicts and US sanctions on Iran and Russia are affecting oil prices.

Last week’s rollback: Fuel prices were previously lowered (₱0.10 per liter for gasoline & diesel, ₱0.30 per liter for kerosene).

Year-to-Date Price Adjustments (as of Jan. 28, 2025)

Gasoline: +₱2.65 per liter
Diesel: +₱4.80 per liter
Kerosene: +₱4.80 per liter

Motorists are advised to refuel ahead of the price increase or plan their trips accordingly.
