Megaworld Posts Record-High Net Income in 2024, Up 12%

Megaworld Corp. achieved a 12% increase in net income for 2024, reaching ₱21.67 billion, driven by strong growth in real estate, leasing, and hospitality businesses.

The company’s consolidated revenues surged 17% to ₱81.69 billion, while expenses rose to ₱60.02 billion.

• Real estate sales grew 19% to ₱51 billion, bolstered by new developments such as Lialto Gold and Beach Estate (Batangas) and Ilocandia Coastown (Laoag).
• Leasing revenues climbed 10% to ₱19.7 billion, with mall revenues up 19% and office spaces rising 7%.
• Hotel revenues jumped 34% to ₱5.1 billion, fueled by the rebound in tourism.

Megaworld plans to expand further in 2025, adding two new townships spanning 300 hectares in Luzon and Visayas.
