First Lady Liza Araneta-Marcos led the awarding ceremony at Go Negosyo’s Women Summit 2025, celebrating outstanding women entrepreneurs for their contributions to business and leadership.
📍 Held at Ayala Malls Manila Bay in Parañaque City, the event gathered key figures in entrepreneurship, including:
🔹 DTI Secretary Cristina Roque, who reaffirmed DTI’s commitment to supporting women entrepreneurs.
🔹 Go Negosyo Founder Joey Concepcion III, who emphasized that entrepreneurship helps reduce poverty and sustain economic growth.
🏆 The summit featured the Go Negosyo Inspiring Filipino Entrepreneur 2025 Awards, with ₱2 million in prizes given to winners.
An emotional tribute was also dedicated to the late Filipina chef Margarita Forés, honoring her legacy in the culinary industry.
Concepcion highlighted the importance of partnerships between the government and private sector to support MSMEs and aspiring entrepreneurs.
First Lady Marcos and Secretary Roque left shortly after the awarding ceremony, but their presence reinforced the administration’s support for women-led businesses.
