DOLE Reminds Private Establishments to Submit 2024 Wage Reports by June Deadline

MANILA – The Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) has reminded all private establishments to submit their Annual Establishment Report on Wages (AERW) for 2024 before the June 30, 2025 deadline.

Mandatory Compliance

As mandated under Article 124 of the Labor Code, employers must provide a verified itemized listing of their workforce, including:
Rank-and-file employees
Learners and apprentices
Workers with disabilities

The report must include each worker’s employment terms, salaries, and wages as of December 31, 2024.

Where to Submit

Employers must submit their AERW reports online via the DOLE Compliance Portal:

Failure to comply may lead to penalties or legal consequences under labor regulations.
