DMCI Homes Sets ₱4.5-B Town Center Upscaling, Residential Expansion at Acacia Estates

TAGUIG CITY, Philippines — DMCI Homes is launching a massive ₱4.5-billion infrastructure and amenity upgrade at Acacia Estates, its flagship 130-hectare township in Taguig. The project aims to enhance the suburban-style living experience while improving connectivity to major hubs like Bonifacio Global City and Makati.

Key developments include a total transformation of the Acacia Estates Town Center. The new layout will feature a two-story commercial strip, a supermarket, al fresco dining, a central plaza, and a promenade for community events. Infrastructure works, targeted for completion by 2028, will also focus on widening internal access roads and upgrading utilities.

“This upscaling initiative is designed to sustain the township’s growth and improve the overall living experience while preserving the suburban character that residents value,” said DMCI Homes President Alfredo Austria.

The township currently houses 14 residential projects with approximately 25,000 residents. While Alder Residences was recently completed in 2025 and Mulberry Place 2 is currently under construction, significant room for growth remains. Over 63 hectares of the estate are still available for development, with more than 30 hectares being evaluated for future residential launches.

True to its vision of a “green” community, approximately 60 percent of Acacia Estates is dedicated to open spaces. New features will include an Eco-Center, a Rain Garden, and expanded nature-oriented activity zones to promote sustainability and outdoor leisure.
