LandBank Inaugurates Its 3-Story Bulacan Corporate Center in Malolos City

Land Bank of the Philippines, Inc. has officially inaugurated the newest LandBank Bulacan Corporate Center, a 3-story building in Malolos City, Bulacan designed to offer various financial and banking services for maximum convenience and accessibility of Bulaceños in the area.

LandBank president and CEO Cecilia C. Borromeo states, “The LandBank Bulacan Corporate Center illustrates our continuing commitment to provide greater banking convenience and accessibility to our growing customers,” Borromeo adds, “We also hope that this serves as a landmark to generate livelihood and business opportunities to bolster Bulacan’s local economy.”

The corporate center’s ground floor holds the LandBank Malolos Highway branch, catering to individuals from Malolos City’s 51 barangays, the Municipality of Calumpit’s 29 barangays, academic institutions, corporations, and local government units. Meanwhile, the LandBank Bulacan Lending Center offers various financial services to micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs), farmers, fishermen, local government units (LGUs), and countryside financial institutions is also located in the building.

Other offices situated in LandBank’s newest Bulacan Corporate Center are the following: Bulacan Accounting Center, Field Legal Services, Area Legal Unit II, Property Valuation and Credit Information Department-Bulacan Field Team, Bulacan Loans Operations Field Unit, and the Commission on Audit Regional Office III.

At present, LandBank is the only bank in the Philippines present in all 81 provinces, aiming for a continuous expansion for its customers, specializing in the unbanked and marginalized sectors in the country.
