A Negosyante News Year

IMG SOURCE: Brian Llamanzares

Happy new year, negosyantes! 2021 is the year of the comeback. In whatever aspect of your lives, be it professional or personal, the largest growth usually comes after the biggest falls (which we all know 2020 was).

The prospect of a vaccine in the near future means a return to life as we knew it. Of course, things will never go back exactly to the way they were, so it’s best to keep on our toes, monitor the business landscape, and ready ourselves for potential pivots. For this first editorial, we’ve partnered up with Alike, Time Master Watches, and Someday, Maybe PH for giveaways our readers.

We asked our fans what they looked forward to in 2021, and what better way to start off the year than by highlighting their answers:

1. @__christiantaguba

I am looking forward to the return of spontaneity. Kapag biglang nag-ayaan na ang barkada, isang bote lang daw. Aayaw ka pa dahil sa trabaho, but end up drinking the whole night, forgetting about life’s problems even just for a moment. Life in quarantine made me reflect on simple experiences that give importance to what life truly is – timeless and full of surprises.

2. @kornflakesssx

This 2021, first and foremost, I’m looking forward to see different faces with different personalities as I hope and pray that this time, I am going to land a job that will somehow motivate, inspire and help build someone’s dreams into reality. Second, I look forward that this year will be a year of healing for all those people who are fighting their battles silently and may they overcome such with so much hope and positivity. Third, I hope that on the next coming days, we will not anymore wear masks inside the church so that we will experience genuine connections again that we had somehow taken for granted before; and most of all, I hope that this year will serve as the beginning of a more fruitful and meaningful year for everyone . May we all be reminded of the reality that each one us is connected and by that we are all responsible for each other because no man is an island; we’ll all face uncertainties together and overcome struggles together as well. The last year has been tough, and I hope that will serve as a learning opportunity for us to never get tired of extending our helping hands to those in need. May we all be the reason to lighten up someone’s gloomy days and be the hope for those people who are hopeless. Let’s claim it, 2021 is the year that we’ve been waiting for! ♥️✨🥂 HAPPY NEW YEAR EVERYONE! GOD BLESS AND TAKE CARE ALWAYS ✨🥰

Looking forward of strengthening our nets, serving better, and penetrating international scene. Proving all things are possible, irregardless of where u came from, as long one will always believe.

4. @luisrobrigado

I’ve been helping foreign business owners thrive in the Online space for 4 years, so I’m looking forward to also serving local businesses in the PH this year (2021)… focusing my energy in creating opportunities would be a better use of my time than nitpicking on what the government can’t do for us. 💪🔥

5. @jerrah.lao

Looking forward to a better internet service from the providers for us to communicate and get informations easier. A healthier and happier filipino people, and most of all I look forward to a covid-free world so we can meet and hug our friends and loved ones without the need of social distancing and to continue chasing our unfulfilled dreams that has been paralyzed because of this pandemic.
