ACMobility Ramps Up EV Charging Network, Eyes 700 Points Nationwide by 2025

Ayala Corporation’s mobility arm, ACMobility, is accelerating its electric vehicle (EV) infrastructure rollout with plans to operate 700 EV charging points across the Philippines by the end of 2025.

During a media visit to ACMobility’s EV charging station in Makati City, Carla Buencamino, head of Mobility Infrastructure, revealed that the 700 charging points will be spread across around 230 sites, with the company expecting to surpass 100 active locations by year-end.

Currently, ACMobility has EV chargers installed in over 90 locations nationwide and is set to add 30 more sites by June. In Makati alone, there are 70 charging points across 16 strategic locations.

“Our network is rapidly expanding. This year, we aim to reach 700 charging points, and we will continue to scale up in the years ahead,” Buencamino said.

ACMobility, formerly known as AC Motors, operates a nationwide EV charging hub network and also manages dealerships for major automotive brands including Honda, Isuzu, Kia, Volkswagen, and BYD.

Since 2023, the Ayala Group has been investing in EV infrastructure to support the country’s shift toward sustainable and electrified transportation.
