Cebu Landmasters Inc. (CLI), a property developer focused on the Visayas and Mindanao regions, is making its Luzon debut with a ₱12-billion expansion plan.
On Wednesday, CLI inaugurated its first Luzon regional office—a 329-square-meter space in Makati City—marking a significant step in its goal to become a national property developer.
CLI Chairman and CEO Jose Soberano III revealed plans to launch two major Luzon projects:
“For land acquisition alone, we’re looking at ₱5 billion in investments,” Soberano said. The initial phase of the horizontal development will cost ₱1 billion to ₱2 billion, while the two towers will require ₱5 billion.
Chief Operating Officer Franco Soberano emphasized Luzon’s market potential, citing underserved areas despite its concentration of property developments.
“This new office symbolizes our readiness to bring the Cebu Landmasters brand to Luzon, leveraging our experience and expertise to serve a broader market,” he added.
Since its founding in 2003, CLI has expanded to 130 projects in 17 cities across the Visayas and Mindanao regions. The company posted a net income of ₱2.3 billion in the first nine months of 2024 and is now targeting growth in Luzon’s property market.
