The New NAIA Infra Corp. (NNIC) officially launched a centralized hub for ride-hailing services and metered taxis at Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA) Terminal 3 on Sunday, December 8, 2024.
Located at the multi-level parking building, the hub includes:
The hub, operational ahead of the busy Christmas travel season, aims to streamline transportation and improve passenger convenience.
“With a centralized hub and diverse transportation options, we are bringing more order and efficiency to the airport. This is part of our commitment to making travel smoother and stress-free for every passenger,” said NNIC General Manager Lito Alvarez.

NNIC noted that NAIA recently handled its highest passenger volume in four years during the Undas season, accommodating over 932,000 passengers and achieving an 87.99% on-time performance (OTP) for arriving flights.
The new hub is part of NNIC’s efforts to enhance NAIA’s overall functionality since taking over operations in September 2024 under a P170.6-billion concession agreement with the Department of Transportation.
The centralized hub demonstrates NNIC’s commitment to improving airport services and addressing the growing demands of travelers, offering a modern solution to transport challenges.
