DTI: Prices of 102 Noche Buena Items Increase for 2024 Holidays

The Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) announced on Sunday that the prices of 102 out of 236 Noche Buena items have risen compared to last year.

Noche Buena Price Guide Overview

• Price Increases: 102 items have gone up in cost.
• Price Stability: 121 items retained their prices.
• Price Reductions: 13 items saw price drops.

The price guide, effective until December 31, 2024, covers 12 categories, including holiday staples such as ham, queso de bola, and pasta.

Price Ranges for Noche Buena Items

• Ham: ₱170.00 to ₱928.50
• Queso de Bola: ₱210.00 to ₱445.00
• Fruit Cocktail: ₱61.76 to ₱302.50
• Cheese: ₱56.50 to ₱310.00
• Mayonnaise: ₱20.40 to ₱245.85
• All-Purpose Cream: ₱36.50 to ₱72.00
• Sandwich Spread: ₱27.00 to ₱263.60
• Pasta/Spaghetti: ₱32.00 to ₱114.00
• Elbow Macaroni: ₱30.50 to ₱126.25
• Tomato Sauce: ₱16.50 to ₱92.85
• Salad Macaroni: ₱36.50 to ₱126.25
• Spaghetti Sauce: ₱28.50 to ₱103.00
