Filipino Homes Expands to Middle East, Unlocking Dubai Market for PH Brokers

Filipino Homes, a Cebu-based real estate platform, is now officially operating in Dubai, opening up new international opportunities for Philippine real estate brokers and investors. Founder Anthony Leuterio recently earned his license as a property broker in Dubai, enabling the platform to conduct property transactions legally in the UAE.

“This is a major breakthrough,” Leuterio stated. “With my broker license in Dubai, we’re now creating legitimate, professional avenues for brokers in the Philippines to market and sell Dubai properties through our platform.”

The move aims to create a direct partnership between Dubai-based and Philippine-based brokers, allowing for collaborative property listings and smoother cross-border transactions. Leuterio emphasized the growing demand from both foreigners and Filipinos who are interested in investing in Dubai but lack access to licensed brokers. Through FHI Global Properties, Filipino Homes offers a trusted, Filipino-owned option.

The expansion is also set to benefit overseas Filipino workers (OFWs) in Dubai by providing them opportunities to become part-time or full-time real estate professionals.

“This allows us to work directly with developers in both markets and harness our global systems for cross-selling,” Leuterio said. “We’re facilitating two-way business—selling Dubai properties in the Philippines and offering Philippine properties to investors in Dubai.”

Additionally, Leuterio confirmed that Filipino Homes is organizing the Asian Real Estate Summit (ARES) 2025, scheduled for July 1–2 in Bangkok. The event is expected to host over 30 top developers and attract more than 1,000 real estate professionals.
