Globe Reopens 99% of Stores in the Philippines

Globe Telecom Inc. (GLO) has reopened 99% of its 196 stores in the Philippines.

Only one Globe store has yet to reopen due to the coronavirus pandemic.

Globe said “Globe stores offer assistance for concerns involving postpaid plan renewal, postpaid applications, reactivation of terminated accounts, device pick-up, myBusiness applications, and prepaid products, among others,”

Bernie Llamzon, Globe EVP and head of channel management, said “We deemed it necessary to reopen as many Globe stores as possible to serve our customers. We also continue to observe government health protocols to keep everyone in the premises safe from Covid-19,”
