New Independent Director at IT Firm DFNN Inc. Considered a Necessary Expert for the Board

On May 13, I.T. solutions firm DFNN Inc. announced the appointment of Steve Tsao as its new independent director during its regular Board of Directors meeting. Tsao has had extensive management experience within the industry of technology, as well as online gaming, which could prove to be extremely valuable for DFNN. Additionally, Tsao’s career began with engagements with Fortune 50 companies, and he is also well-versed in handling initial public offerings (IPOs) and mergers and acquisitions.

Internationally, Tsao has had engagements in Greater China, South East Asia, India, the Middle East, and North Africa. Tsao has previously held management roles — mostly CEO and COO positions — in Corning and Dupont, IP Ventures Group and IP E-Games and Gigamedia, Tahadi Games Media, and most recently in Mayfair International Technology, which contributed to the decision for him to be granted his new role at DFNN. He also serves as the Founder and Managing Director of the online gaming publishing company LeadHope Digital.
