PAL to Launch Daily Flights Between Clark and Busuanga Starting March

Philippine Airlines (PAL) is set to increase its flights between Clark and Busuanga (Coron) to a daily schedule starting March 1, 2025, as part of its efforts to enhance its domestic network.

Currently operating four flights weekly on this route, PAL will now offer daily departures, catering to growing demand ahead of the summer travel season.

Flight Schedule

  • Clark to Busuanga: Departs at 3:45 p.m., arrives at 4:45 p.m.
  • Busuanga to Clark: Departs at 5:15 p.m., arrives at 6:20 p.m.

The route will be serviced by the 86-seater De Havilland Dash 8-400 Next Generation aircraft.

Expanded Busuanga Connectivity

With the upgrade, PAL will operate a total of 42 weekly flights to Busuanga, including:

  • 3 flights daily between Manila and Busuanga
  • 2 flights daily between Cebu and Busuanga

Boosting Tourism and Accessibility

“Our upgrade to daily Clark-Busuanga flights will help make fares more affordable and travel more convenient for both foreign and domestic tourists, in time for the summer travel season,” said PAL Express President Rabbi Vincent Ang.

Strong Financial Performance

PAL Holdings Inc., the parent company of Philippine Airlines, reported a net income of $135 million (₱8 billion) for the first nine months of 2024. The carrier generated $2.3 billion (₱134 billion) in revenues, transporting 11.7 million passengers during the period.

This development aligns with PAL’s goal to expand its reach and provide greater accessibility to popular travel destinations like Coron.
