PAPI Partners with CTBC Bank to Offer Free ATM Services at 7-Eleven, Alfamart

ATM operator Pito AxM Platform Inc. (PAPI), a subsidiary of Japan’s Seven Bank Ltd., has partnered with CTBC Bank Philippines to provide free ATM services to CTBC clients.

Under the new partnership, CTBC debit and cash cardholders can now withdraw cash and check account balances for free at select 7-Eleven and Alfamart stores nationwide. PAPI currently operates a network of around 3,000 ATMs and cash-recycling machines across 7-Eleven branches.

“This collaboration brings us closer to our goal of offering everyday banking convenience to more Filipinos,” said PAPI president Taku Namikawa. CTBC Bank president Luis Elizaga also emphasized their focus on accessible and customer-friendly banking.

PAPI began its partnership with Philippine Seven Corp., 7-Eleven’s master franchise holder, in 2020 to manage and maintain these ATM units, which help extend banking services beyond traditional branches.
