Rockwell Land Corporation, one of the leading property developers in the Philippines has announced its plans to launch new projects across the country, along with the company’s expected recovery. Rockwell chairman Manuel M. Lopez says in the company’s annual stockholder meeting that its plans to expand in key locations in the country to “better manage the cyclicality” of business.
“We continue building on our progressive pace and look forward to more projects in the pipeline this year,” Lopez says. “Growing our footprint in Visayas will be the 2.8-hectare Rockwell IPI in Cebu, in partnership with International Pharmaceuticals Inc. We also launched Rockwell Center Bacolod—a 30-hectare development that is set to be the next preferred mixed-used business district in Western Visayas.” He also adds.
Meanwhile, Rockwell Land Corporation has collaborated with the Nepomenuceno family to develop land in Angeles City, Pampanga. The land is aimed to be transformed into another Power Plant Mall, the first branch outside Makati, and a mixed-use facility. The company also has another project to be launched in Makati City named the Edades West, a residential tower at the Rockwell Center.
Rockwell President Nestor J. Padilla says, “Our growth story endures as we move toward more bountiful times. This year, we will expand our reach in Makati, Cebu, and Bacolod, and soon, set foot in Iloilo,” Padilla also discusses the company’s plans for Rockwell Bacolod Center Bacolod and Rockwell IPI Cebu which will be forming a community of residential areas, workspaces, and retail areas. Rockwell is also planning for The Vantage at Iloilo, marking its first venture in the area with its residential and office spaces.
