Rockwell Land Eyes Pampanga with New Mixed-use Development on the Rise

Rockwell Land Corporation has entered into a joint venture with Juan D. Nepomuceno Realty Group as it sets its eyes on building the first Rockwell Center outside of Makati City.

This new development will emerge on a 3.6-hectare property located at the heart of Nepo Center in Angeles City. The project is regarded as the next Power Plant Mall, which will be a mixed-use development complete with four mid-rise residential buildings and retail spaces.

Rockwell Land will dedicate 70% of the property to open spaces, allowing future residents to enjoy fresh air in greenery areas while still providing world-class amenities that are key Rockwell features.

The Nepomuceno Group of Companies complements Rockwell’s vision well as it continues to diversify its business segments. The firm is also considered to have made significant contributions in transforming Angeles City to become the first chartered city in Central Luzon.

Rockwell Center in Nepo, Angeles is set to launch by the second half of 2021. The targeted turnover for its first residential building is by the fourth quarter of 2025, while the succeeding buildings will be launched in the following years.
