Solane has announced an increase in liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) prices, effective 6 a.m. on November 1. The adjustment raises LPG prices by P1.64 per kilogram.
According to Department of Energy data, the price of an 11-kilogram household LPG tank in Metro Manila ranged from P850 to P1,110 in October, making the upcoming hike significant for household budgets.
This price increase coincides with All Saints’ Day, a holiday in the Philippines, impacting many households that rely on LPG for daily cooking needs.
