What better way to start a new series than with two things that are near and dear to my heart: coffee and data. Busy Bee’s Coffee is the country’s leading technology-based online coffee store, specializing in grab-and-go coffee with a focus on extremely strong coffee blends.

Their coffee isn’t for the faint of heart, however! This caffeine-packed power coffee is suited for both the super entrepreneur and boardroom executives, working in their home offices.

Busy Bee’s really takes up the caffeine a notch, playing towards a new market: high-performance athletes and gym-goers who are looking for a more natural pre-workout. Busy Bee’s Coffee started up in the middle of the pandemic, leveraging the vast amounts of online orders that have overtaken the food and beverage industry. You can order their coffee through either their app or their website, earning points all the while. A subscription model for their coffee beans is also in the works, perfect for high-powered individuals who need a steady supply of that good stuff.

Currently, they have three main offerings: a cold brew, classic latte, and their coffee bean blend. All pack that signature punch!

It looks like a lot of products are shifting digitally- Busy Bee’s however may have an advantage having been born and bred in what seems to be the ‘new normal’. Currently, their products operate out of 3 delivery kitchens in Makati, San Juan, and Quezon City, to sustain demand given ongoing Covid-19 restrictions.

In their roadmap, they do expect to roll out grab-and-go stalls around the Metro in office buildings, so keep an eye out for those. They plan on launching these stalls some time in 2021! You can also expect to find Busy Bee’s Coffee in Anytime Fitness branches soon.
