Victor Lim Elected New FFCCCII President After National Convention

Victor Lim, president and CEO of VECO Paper Corp., has been elected as the new president of the Federation of Filipino Chinese Chambers of Commerce and Industry Inc. (FFCCCII). His appointment was confirmed following the group’s biennial national convention held in Pasay City.

Lim emerged as the top choice after three rounds of voting by over 800 delegates representing 170 Filipino-Chinese business chambers and organizations across the country. He succeeds outgoing president Dr. Cecilio Pedro, who served from 2023 to 2025.

The FFCCCII described the leadership transition as the start of a fresh chapter for the 71-year-old organization—recognized as the largest coalition of Filipino-Chinese entrepreneurs and philanthropists in the Philippines.

Before assuming the presidency, Lim served as executive vice president of the FFCCCII. He also leads several industry groups including the Philippine Stationaries Association, Alliance of Paper Traders Association, and the Philippine School Pads and Notebooks Manufacturers Association.

A chemical engineering graduate of the University of Santo Tomas, Lim is also the first cousin of the late Dr. Henry Lim Bon Liong, a past FFCCCII president and founder of the Sterling Paper Group.
